Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom floral arrangements, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect recipient information provided by the customer, or products that have been successfully delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Fresh floral arrangements and bouquets

  • Custom floral designs

  • Preserved flower arrangements

  • Plants

  • Gift cards

  • Seasonal and special-order items

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the concern

  • Clear photographs of the product

Exchanges & Replacements

Exchanges or replacements may be offered at our discretion for products that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item ordered.
