Welcome to MistyBlue Flowers ("MistyBlue", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products & Availability

All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. While we strive to create arrangements as pictured, certain flowers or containers may be substituted with products of equal or greater value when necessary.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off time.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, recipient availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. MistyBlue Flowers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or recipient information.

4. Pickup Orders

Customers selecting pickup are responsible for collecting their order during designated pickup hours. Orders not collected on the scheduled date may be subject to quality limitations due to the perishable nature of flowers.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are generally final.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review each concern individually and work toward a fair resolution.

Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet entered production or delivery.

6. Wedding & Event Orders

Wedding and event bookings may require a separate agreement outlining payment schedules, design approvals, cancellation policies, and delivery details.

Deposits for custom wedding or event work may be non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, branding, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of MistyBlue Flowers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MistyBlue Flowers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and business operations in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
